The CleverMatch candidate overview gives you all your candidates at a glance. You can see when they entered the system and which channel they used for applying. You have direct access to their CVs and to the results of the modular selection tools as predetermined by you. A click on the blue action button allows you to check for details of a candidate, carry out an assessment, invite them to an interview or put them on hold/out, send out rejections or change their status.
Specific candidates in detail
You want to check specific candidates in more detail? One click takes you to the individual candidate profile for details about profile data, CV, industry skills and knowledge, and the results of your selection processes, such as recorded live video interviews, questionnaires, time-delayed video interviews and online assessments, and the candidate’s text and star ratings given by you and your colleagues. The blue action button enables you to change a candidate’s status.
Communicate with your candidate
Communication with a candidate begins with the blue action button. One click gives you access to templates, you can create a record of contacts and conversations with the candidate, and it enables you to send standard rejection emails.
Schedule your candidate appointments
You want to invite a candidate to an interview? Our automated scheduling function enables you to invite candidates and colleagues with just a few clicks.
Log candidates manually
You have received applications by mail or by email? No problem. It is easy to log candidates in the system manually.
Close the search once the position is filled
